  • Habit Building Exercise Planning and Tracking

  • Direct Whatsapp Contact For Communication With The Coach

Tier 3: Comprehensive

  • Includes Everything from Tiers 1 & 2

  • 1-on-1 Calls Two Times a Week To Adjust The Plan Depending On Your Progress And Needs

  • 4 Monthly Live Video Coaching Sessions With Tony Diamond (Each Individual Session Is $250 On a Stand Alone) 

  • 2 Mindset Strategy Sessions
